BOUGHT A '08 XC90 V8!!! By P *****Five Stars Each experience is various. Rest assured that I will update this review with every trip to Jim Fisher Volvo in Portland, OR. I bought a 2008 XC90 V8 from Jim Fisher in Jan 2010. The sales experience was excellent, Tom was extremely tolerant although I asked numerous questions, looked at all of the cars on the lot, sometimes far more than once! It was booked in today for a routine oil change. My service rep Marvin called me up to inform me that additional work was needed. I went back to the shop and discussed the work with Marvin. I expressed my surprise that only after 4 months such work was required. Marvin listened to my concerns and we agreed a course of action. The work was carried out although I waited and all problems were resolved to my satisfaction, I am extremely happy with all aspects of my trip to Jim Fisher these days maxisys elite. I do not doubt the other reviews below mine but my experience was really positive. Full credit to Marvin and his managers.
